Placing International Orders
Shop the U.S. site and select the country you would like to ship to on the My Basket page. Your order total will then appear in the destination country’s currency for checkout. Order totals are guaranteed at the exchange rate set when your order is placed.
International Payment Methods
Currently, we accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We are unable to accept debit cards or American Express Corporate cards at this time.
When your credit card is authorized, funds are put on hold until the transaction is completed. When the order is shipped, the payment is processed. Your credit card will be billed, within 72 hours of placing your order.
Your billing information must be exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. If any numbers are different, the order cannot be processed. Be sure to correctly spell city/province/territory names and avoid using abbreviations unless that is how your information appears on your statement. Contact your financial institution if you need the exact billing address associated with your credit card.
If you have placed an order online you can view information on your order within the My Account section of the site. If you do not see your order displayed in this section then it was not placed and you must return to your Shopping Basket and complete the Checkout process again.
