FAQs

WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS?

-All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched.
-Orders leave warehouse within 1-3 days of payment.
-We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM(S)?

Once shipped orders sent with standard shipping will take anywhere from 4-17 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.

WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?

Although our fulfillment house is located in North America, we also have warehouses in Southeast Asia.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.

WHERE DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Very simple! Head over to our "Track Your Order" page and enter your order number and email address. Once you do this you will see all the information regarding your order.

CAN I CHANGE, REFUND OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you wish to change, refund or cancel your order, you are allowed to do so only before your item has been shipped. Once we have sent out your shipping confirmation email, we no longer have the ability to make changes or to cancel the order.

WHAT IF I RECEIVED A DAMAGED OR WRONG PRODUCT ?

If you have received the damaged or wrong product, please send image proof and we will either give you a refund or replace your product depending on your choice.

 WHAT ABOUT TAXES AND IMPORT DUTY FEES?

All orders placed on our store are completely tax free.
